The 10th Anniversary Edition of the Goa Arts & Literature Festival in association with Goa Writers & Directorate of Art & Culture, Government of Goa was held from 5 to 7 December 2019 at Laran Amphitheatre Lawns, The International Centre, Dona Paula, Goa. The keynote address was delivered by veteran journalist Priya Ramani and reputed scholar Harish Trivedi. Writers from India and abroad attended the meet. There were book launches, discussions and poetry readings. The festival ended on 7 December with cocktails and dinner for the official delegates.
